Sonia Day has three passions: painting, writing and gardening.

She is currently working on "Middle-aged Spread, Moving To The Country At 50", a humorous memoir about her decision to buy a ramshackle property in southwestern Ontario, where she lives with her spouse, Barrie Murdock, and four abandoned cats.
